Basic Legendaries Data

I’ve added a flat table showing competitive Legendaries data broken down by patch. I wanted to go ahead and get this out there before it was finished because I think it’s useful.

Although much of the data is surprising in that legendaries don’t seem to affect the winrate a whole lot, there are a few nice gems. For example, Zhin’s “Retaliation” is significantly better than the other options, but is only chosen 10% of the time! Go take a look at your favorite champs and see what you think.
